The Dr. Mirehly Academy Bot was launched in 2025 as a smart solution for managing students’ academic activities. Its primary purpose was to give students a structured way to log their daily study habits while enabling administrators to monitor progress and provide guidance. By combining automation with user-friendly workflows, the bot became a valuable digital tool for education management.
The bot was architected using PHP 7.4+ with a MySQL 5.7+ database and Telegram’s Bot API. A webhook-based system was implemented to handle real-time interactions. The system design included:
User management with roles (students, admins)
Daily report workflow for subjects, exercises, and personal notes
Admin panel for approvals, statistics, and program delivery
Performance analysis using custom formulas for exam scores
Logs & monitoring to ensure reliability and error tracking
Careful attention was given to database optimization, error handling, and role-based security.
