About the Project
Nashr-e No is one of the most respected publishing houses in Iran, established in 2010 with a mission to promote intellectual, literary, and academic works. As the publishing world continues its digital transformation, Nashr-e No needed a website that could both represent its legacy and meet modern user expectations. The Hook team was brought in to build a tailored solution — from visual design to complete SEO optimization.
The Design Challenge
Designing for a publisher means capturing the feel of printed literature in a digital environment. The challenge was to create an elegant yet content-heavy layout that honors both new titles and decades of publishing history. The WordPress website was fully custom-coded for performance, security, and scalability.
Hook’s Design & SEO Approach
We approached this project with two goals: build a refined, high-performance website and ensure its discoverability through SEO. A custom CMS was developed on top of WordPress, allowing for structured book entries, author profiles, and category-based browsing. In parallel, we implemented modern SEO practices to improve search rankings for both Persian and international users.
